Shipping & FAQ
Shipped frozen. Orders go out in insulated liners with gel packs, so nothing sits warm in transit. Put the trays straight in the freezer when they land.
Delivery is Rs 250 flat — free on orders over Rs 2,500, which includes any 3 dozen pack.
Do they arrive frozen?
Yes. Orders go out in an insulated liner with gel packs. Put the trays straight in the freezer when they land — if a corner has softened they are still perfectly fine, just don't refreeze a fully thawed box.
How long do they keep?
Three months in the freezer, sealed. Once cooked, eat them — they don't reheat well, which is the only real downside of a thin wrapper.
Do I need to thaw them first?
No, and please don't. Frozen dumplings go straight into the pan, the steamer or the boiling water. Thawed ones stick to everything and split at the pleat.
How long do they take to cook?
Twelve minutes pan-fried, which is how we'd cook them. Ten to twelve steamed, eight to ten boiled. Full instructions are on the how to cook page.
What's in the chilli oil?
Kashmiri chilli, garlic, star anise, sesame and neutral oil. No nuts, no shrimp, no dairy.
Are there allergens?
All wrappers contain wheat. The chicken and beef boxes contain soy. We hand-fold everything in one kitchen, so we can't promise a fully allergen-free line.
What does delivery cost?
Rs 250 flat. It's free on orders over Rs 2,500, which includes any 3 dozen pack. Get in touch if you're unsure whether we reach you.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or bank transfer — pick whichever you prefer at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Until it's packed — usually the evening before dispatch. Email us and we'll catch it.
